NOAA seeks observers
The Northern Gulf Institute at Stennis Space Center says NOAA is seeking observers to serve on the vessel monitoring dispersant use at the Deepwater Horizon wellhead. Cruises last about 10 days and transit from ports near Port Fourchon, La. Individuals from NOAA cooperative institutes including graduate students are eligible to serve as observers.
