Option exercised on NICS contract

NASA has exercised an option with Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) of McLean, Va., to provide and manage the majority of NASA's IT communications infrastructure services on the NASA Integrated Communications Services (NICS) Contract. The contract consists of a three-year base period, one two-year option, one three-year option and one two-year option. The option is a two-year option with a value more than $250 million.
