Air Europa selects Trent 1000
Spanish carrier Air Europa has selected Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engines and long term service support, worth $1.1 billion, for 14 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. Air Europa already has eight Trent 1000-powered 787-8s on order that will enter service in 2016.
