Space: Constellation chief reassigned

Lawmakers who support the Constellation Program, NASA's bid to return astronauts to the moon and beyond, were upset the agency reassigned the head of the program. Jeff Hanley was moved to a deputy position at Johnson Space Center in Houston. He's opposed administration efforts to shut down Constellation. NASA Administrator Charles Bolden said Hanley was "conflicted" over the administration's updated mission for NASA.
